Carefully choose the type of footwear to suit your intended use. We have a wide range of shoes (play, jogging), special for leisure time, athletics, leather shoes, slippers etc.  When you wear new shoes, it is better to wear socks for the first time, so as to soften the shoe skin and take the form of the foot.

Clean the shoes after each use with a slightly damp cloth. For greasy spots, use a green soap and clean with warm water (max 40 ° C), not in the washer machine.

  Never use "hard" detergents, thinners, etc. For the leather upper material please use special detergents or sprays intended for this use. Avoid drying the shoes near a heater if they are wet. Also avoid exposure to the sun. Better to dry slowly in room temperature or outdoors in a cool place. Use also a last inside the shoe so as not to distort their shape during drying.

Warranty for defective products

We inform consumers that we do not guarantee damages incurred by improper use as all shoes are not suitable for all uses. In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, please inform the central office of crocodilino and our technician will approve the repair or replacement of the shoe as needed.

Decorative accessories

 For your information, the decorative accessories are handmade and quite sensitive. In case of loss, it is difficult to replace or repair them and this is not a reason for replacement.

Return policy

 You have the right to return the shoe within 15 calendar days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (change card). The consumer can change the shoe in a shop that there is available the same design, color and size of the purchased shoe.
